Bio

I would like to thank you for taking the time to browse through our site and I am especially honored by your interest in my "bio" page. First I must introduce myself. My name is Jonathan H. Colemere. I am a lifelong San Antonian and proud to be a small business owner. I am the son of 2 wonderful, and eternally loving and supportive parents. I am a die-hard entrepreneur and I am in love with the idea of actually bringing joy to people's lives via my services. I never grow tired of hearing the compliments after each successful repair or setup. I am eternally grateful to everyone who has placed their trust in my abilities and me.

My company, PC PRO, is the culmination of over 10 years of uncompromising dedication. I know, as only a business owner can, that owning and operating a business is not easy. It is one of the hardest responsibilities a person can choose. It is also one of the most rewarding but only with sheer dedication. I have always believed that to be happy (and successful) in life you must find balance. When it comes to a career one must balance fulfillment, monetary reward and one’s abilities and talents. My balance (my passion) is technology services. I love technology for the immeasurable tool that it can be when implemented, maintained, and utilized properly. Simply put, I love what I do!

My goal since long before the company's inception was to aid people as much as possible in almost every aspect of technology resources. I realized early on that there was a definite demand for my talent (my gift). Thus at the tender age of 16 I decided to devote a great portion of my being to building a business focused directly and unwaveringly on the client. Over a decade later, I am proud to say I have developed a strong, healthy, and ever-expanding consultancy. Our revenues have increased steadily each and every year not because of skyrocketing service fees or marked-up prepaid contracts but because of sheer client satisfaction and referral. I attribute my success to our very simple business ethic. Technology services should be affordable, easily accessible, and above all else should work. I have heard dozens of anecdotes regarding the rampant ineffectiveness and/or inaccessibility of most "computer repair shops" around S.A. PC PRO is always: accessible (often with same or next day service), affordable (basic service calls start at just $75), and effective
(we will fix your problem-period).

Another factor I would like to acknowledge that I know will ring true in most of your minds is this: You should not ever have to trade good computer or technology service for a person with a real personality. Computer techs are all too often not well-rounded individuals often severely lacking in social graces. I guarantee you I do not fit that stereotype. I have years of real experience in the field and years of real experience in life. I believe in building friendships not transactional acquaintances. I consider many of my clients to be good friends and that is precious and invaluable to me. I humbly ask that you trust me to help you with your personal, commercial, or non-profit technology service needs. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.
